eWeek: Twitter is rolling out a simplified interface for both its desktop and mobile clients. The new design features four menu tabs: Homepage, which displays content and conversations in tweets; Connect, which displays follows and retweets; Discover, which provides access to a stream of information; and Me, for personal messages.
Observers say the changes help make Twitter more business-friendly. In recent surveys, 80 percent of small businesses say they use social media to keep in contact with their customers
