RIM’s Server Now Manages iPhone, Android Devices, Too

All Things D: RIM has unveiled an update to BlackBerry Mobile Fusion that allows the server software to manage iOS and Android devices as well as smartphones made by RIM. “For businesses and government, managing a mix of mobile devices on any scale is chaotic,” said RIM VP Alan Panezic. “Organizations face pressure to allow employees to bring their own devices into the workplace, and they are looking to RIM as the global leader in the enterprise mobility space to solve that problem.”

BlackBerry Mobile Fusion comes with a free 60-day trial; after that it costs $99 per year or $4 per month per device managed.
