Oracle to Issue 88 Security Patches on Tuesday

Computerworld: Oracle issued a huge release of security patches in January, and now it says it will release even more security patches next Tuesday. The company will put out 88 security patches to address vulnerabilities in its database, Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Enterprise Manager Grid Control, E-Business Suite ERP, Oracle’s Supply Chain Suite, various PeopleSoft Enterprise applications, Oracle Financial Services software, Oracle Industry Applications, Oracle Primavera, GlassFish application server, Solaris OS and MySQL.

“Due to the threat posed by a successful attack, Oracle strongly recommends that customers apply Critical Patch Update fixes as soon as possible,” the company said.
