CNNMoney: Sean Parker and Shawn Fanning, best known as the duo behind the Napster music-sharing service, have launched a new social video chat service they call Airtime. Similar to Chatroulette, Airtime will offer live, real-time video. The startup company has raised $33 million in funding, and it has already purchased Erly, a social content-sharing firm.

Sean Parker recently became a billionaire thanks to his investment in Facebook. He’s also a board member and investor in Spotify.
