The Mac Observer: The International Trade Commission (ITC) has delayed for a second time a ruling in a patent infringement case brought by Apple against HTC. Although the ITC was scheduled to issue a decision today, the group said they will not issue their final ruling until Monday, December 19.

An ITC judge earlier found that HTC had violated two of Apple’s patents. The full commission must now decide whether to uphold that ruling and whether to ban HTC’s smartphone sales in the U.S. as a result.
