Forrester: 53% of Employees Use Their Own Devices for Work

ZDNet: A new report from market research firm Forrester finds that a majority of employees — 53 percent — use their own devices for work. That marks a five percent increase since the beginning of the year. The BYOD trend is particularly popular with senior executives; 77 percent of them buy their own devices.

Forrester predicts that within three years, BYOD will be standard policy for most companies.
