Cnet: Many Facebook users have been reporting that the e-mail addresses stored in their smartphones and other mobile deices were mysteriously overwritten with @facebook.com addresses. That has caused many messages to be delivered to the wrong accounts. Even worse, some of the affected users say they have no way to get the correct e-mail addresses back.

Facebook is now acknowledging the problem, which it says was caused by a bug. The problem affected only some devices, and Facebook says it is in the process of resolving the issue.
