New research from QuinStreet Enterprise reflects key trends in the enterprise, as cloud and mobile have become mainstream technologies. The research, which reveals the thinking of both business and IT leaders, found that the focus in now moving to so-called “smart” technologies. Also in the spotlight is the need to better integrate prior investments in tech into the business flow. Additionally, executives feel an urgent need to mitigate risk – the perennial concern with security remains a significant worry. To improve efficiency, the research shows that decision makers are looking to business process management (BPM) to automate and standardize their firms’ competitive efforts.
