Embattled Yahoo Director Stepping Down

Computerworld: The scandal surrounding false information on Yahoo CEO Scott Thompson’s resume has claimed its first casualty. Patti Hart, the board member who led the search committee that ultimately hired Thompson, will step down from her post. She will finish out her term on the board, but will not seek re-election.

Earlier this week, Thompson apologized for the “inadvertent error.” Yahoo’s board has launched an investigation into the matter.
