Bloomberg: Judge Colin Birss has ordered Apple to tell people it was wrong when it accused Samsung of copying the iPad design. Specifically, the judge ordered Apple to place notices in the Financial Times, the Daily Mail, Guardian Mobile magazine, T3 and on Apple’s U.K. website. Those notices must outline the London court’s decision in favor of Samsung in a patent-related lawsuit. However, the judge did not grant Samsung’s request for an injunction preventing Apple from publicly stating that the Galaxy Tab infringes on the iPad design.

Judge Birss is the same judge who said the Samsung Galaxy Tab isn’t as “cool” as the iPad.
