Reuters: Samsung has lost a round in its ongoing international patent fight with Apple. A Dutch court has denied Samsung’s request for a sales injunction of the iPhone and iPad, but has also rejected Apple’s counterclaims in the suit.
The ruling could have repercussions on the patent lawsuits pending in several other European countries.
