Bloomberg: Samsung has filed four lawsuits against Apple in the Netherlands claiming that the 3G iPhone and iPad infringe on patents owned by Samsung. Samsung is seeking a ban on sales of these Apple products in the country; the first hearing will take place September 26.
The lawsuits are just the latest in a long line of cases pending between the two companies. Apple has previously sued Samsung in the Netherlands, claiming that its Galaxy smartphones and tablets illegally copy the design of the iPhone and iPad.
