HTC Takes a Hit in Patent Case

Bloomberg: A judge from the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) has ruled that Apple’s iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch do not violate four patents held by HTC. As a result, Apple will be able to continue importing those products into the U.S. The full commission may choose to review the ruling at a later date.

In a separate case, another ITC judge is considering Apple’s claim that HTC products violate its patents.
