Government Agencies Go Google+

InformationWeek: Earlier this week, Google+ rolled out a Pages feature that officially allows businesses and organizations to participate in the social networking service. U.S. government agencies, including NASA, the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Marine Corps, DARPA and the National Nuclear Security Administration, have been quick to post their information with Google+. However, many agencies are simply duplicating the information they already post to Facebook and Twitter.

NASA’s Google+ Page already has more than 18,000 followers.
