Wall Street Journal: Google has officially opened up its Google+ social networking service to anyone who wants to use it. Until now, only those with an invitation could join. Google+ is also rolling out some new search features.
Google+ currently has about 25 million unique visitors per month. Rival Facebook has about 750 million active users each month.
