Mashable: Google is rolling out new functionality for its +1 button that appears on more than 1 million websites. Users who click the button will now be given the opportunity to “Share on Google+.” This new functionality makes the +1 button more like Facebook’s Like button.

Website publishers also now have the opportunity to modify their “+snippets”–the graphics, text and links that appear on Google+ when users share their +1 information.
