Forbes: Facebook has submitted new evidence in the lawsuit brought by Paul Ceglia, who claims he is entitled to a 50 percent stake in the company. Facebook says it found the original contract embedded in a file in Ceglia’s computer, and that contract does not mention Facebook at all. In addition, the social network says it has found evidence of a thumb drive containing files named “Zuckerberg contract,” which Ceglia hasn’t handed over.
Ceglia and his family have recently moved to Ireland.
