Gizmodo: Facebook has made another move that has angered its legions of users. The social network changed the e-mail address listed on all user profiles to the default @facebook.com address. If users had previously listed a different email address on their profiles, they can easily change it back using the settings on their Timelines. However, many Facebook users are upset that the social network made the change without asking for their permission or even alerting them to the change.

In other Facebook news, the company has discontinued the find friends nearby feature that it had been testing, and the company announced that COO Sheryl Sandberg will become the first woman on Facebook’s board.
