Computerworld: RIM says that it is investigating reports of service “delays” from BlackBerry users, but is careful to point out that it is not experiencing another outage. “There is no system-wide outage, however we are investigating reports that some users in EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa) have experienced delays,” the company said.
A month ago, the smartphone company experienced widespread outages that began in the EMEIA region.
In other bad news for RIM, Google yesterday announced that it would no longer update Gmail for the BlackBerry platform.
