Apple to Overhaul All Product Lines in 2012

DigiTimes: Citing unnamed sources involved in Apple’s supply chain, DigiTimes is reporting that Apple will revamp the iPad, iMac, iPhone and MacBook Air during 2012. The new iPhone and iMac are expected to launch late in the year. A related story claims that Apple will launch a new iPad in March, but it won’t be the iPad 3. The actual iPad 3 will not be ready until at least the third quarter of next year.

The upgraded iPad 2 is expected to be thinner than the current model and offer longer battery life.
