Mobiledia: South Korean law firm Mirae Law has filed a class action lawsuit against Apple over unauthorized tracking of iPhone owners. The firm has already obtained a payout worth approximately $1,000 for attorney Kim Hyung-suk who works at the firm. “I never agreed that my location can be tracked through iPhone,” Kim said. “That means Apple tracked my location information illegally and it was an obvious invasion of privacy.”

So far, about 300 people have expressed interest in joining the lawsuit.
