Apple CEO Tim Cook makes some changes

Washington Post: Since taking over Steve Jobs’ job as CEO of Apple in August, Tim Cook has made a few changes. They include separating the company’s education division into sales and marketing groups, putting iAds under the supervision of Eddy Cue and instituting a matching donation program for employees who donate to charitable causes. In addition, Cook communicates with employees much more frequently than Jobs’ did, and he usually addresses them as “Team.”

Before his death, Jobs advised Cook, his hand-picked successor, to chart his own path for the company.
