PCWorld: Just days after it was revealed that Apple filed doctored photos of Samsung’s Galaxy Tab tablet PC in a German court, it now appears that Apple has filed doctored photos of Samsung’s Galaxy S smartphone to the district court in The Hague, Netherlands. A picture of the phone filed with the patent lawsuit has been re-sized by 6 percent, making the phone appear more like the Apple iPhone 3G in size and shape.
In the Dutch case, as in the German case, Apple is seeking an EU ban on Samsung’s Galaxy smartphones and tablets.
