InformationWeek: In a new survey conducted by market research firm Enterprise Strategy Group (ESG), nearly two-thirds of enterprise information security managers said their companies have been the target of advance persistent threat (APT) attacks. In addition, 72 percent of those surveyed expected APTs to get worse in the future, and 30 percent said they are vulnerable to APTs.
