ZDNet: In a blog post, Facebook has announced that it is finally rolling out the layout changes for profile pages that it announced several months again. Profile pages will now feature a large photo and a “Timeline” that captures all of their interactions on Facebook. Once they upgrade to the new Timeline-style profile, users have seven days to make changes (and delete any embarrassing content) before the update goes live. Developers have been able to test the new Timelines since last week, and Facebook rolled out the update to New Zealand earlier in December.

Users who want to try out the Timeline feature right away can click the “Get It Now” feature on the Facebook Timeline page.
