CNNMoney: T-Mobile, the fourth largest mobile carrier in the U.S., has announced that it will eliminate 1,900 positions and reduce its number of call centers from 24 to 17. “These are not easy steps to take, but they are necessary to realize efficiency in order to invest for growth,” said T-Mobile CEO Philipp Humm.
