The Verge: Nokia has unveiled two new smartphones that run Microsoft’s Windows Phone 8 operating system. The Lumia 920 is the top-of-the-line model and features a dual-core 1.5GHz processor, 32GB of device storage, a 4.5-inch display and an 8-megapixel camera. The mid-range Lumia 820 has the same processor and camera, but a 4.3-inch screen and just 8GB of storage. Both phones have touchscreens so sensitive that you can use them with gloves on, and both also feature wireless charging capabilities.

The new phones are very important for Nokia and Microsoft as both companies are struggling to make an impact in the smartphone market.
