Mashable: Google accidentally gave Youtube users a preview of some changes coming to Gmail when the company posted a video overview to the site earlier than it intended. According to the video, the new Gmail will offer a new look, will dynamically resize to fit any screen, will make conversations more readable, will include profile pictures and will be easier to search.

Although the official video has since been made private, it was already re-posted by other Youtube viewers.
