Wall Street Journal: As expected, Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer unveiled Office 365 today at a New York event. The cloud-based version of the company’s office productivity suite moves the company into direct competition with Google for business software customers. But some say the offering could also cut into sales of desktop versions of Office.
Office 365 will cost between $2 and $27 per month depending on which services companies use.
