eWeek: A new report from online job board Dice indicates that the IT employment market continues to be very good for job seekers. A Dice survey found that 73 percent of IT recruiters and hiring managers plan to hire more employees during the second half of 2012. In addition, 58 percent of those surveyed said IT salaries are up from last year.

The report added, “Still, tech professionals shouldn’t expect an easy search process, because more respondents (45 percent) noted extended hiring times – mainly due to the inability to find qualified professionals, followed by hiring managers still waiting for the perfect candidate.”
