Google Named Best Company to Work For in 2012

Fortune: Fortune has published its annual list of the best companies to work for, and this year Google tops the list. It’s been in the top slot before, but last year, it dropped to number four. Googlers love the company’s culture and the perks. “Employees are never more than 150 feet away from a well-stocked pantry,” commented one employee.

Other tech firms that made the list included SAS Institute (3), NetApp (6), Intuit (19), Qualcomm (23), Ultimate Software (25), Salesforce.com (27), Adobe (41), National Instruments (45), Intel (46), World Wide Technology (50), Autodesk (52), Rackspace (74), Microsoft (76), Hitachi Data Systems (86), Cisco (90) and GoDaddy.com (93).
