Facebook Users not as Satisfied as Google+ Users

Cnet: According to the latest American Customer Satisfaction Index, Google+ tops the chart when it comes to customer satisfaction with social media services, scoring a 78 out of 100. By contrast, Facebook scored lowest in customer satisfaction with a score of 61. The report said that users prefer Google+ because it doesn’t have regular ads, offers better privacy protections and works better on mobile devices. However, Facebook’s user base is much, much larger than Google+’s.

Wikipedia actually tied Google+ for first place on the customer satisfaction index, followed by YouTube (73), Pinterest (73), all others (64), Twitter (64) and LinkedIn (63).
