ZDNet: Chinese authorities have arrested a man surnamed Zeng whom they believe leaked personal information belonging to more than 6 million users of the China Software Developer Network (CSDN). The hack, considered one of the biggest ever in China, likely occurred before July 2010. Zeng posted the data online on December 21, 2011. It included login credentials for online shopping, gaming, social networking, and even financial service websites.

The Beijing police also punished CSDN for failing to secure its database.
