SlashGear: For the eighth year in a row, the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) has ranked Apple as the top computer company for customer satisfaction. Apple achieved a score of 87 on the 2011 index, one point higher than its 2010 score.
HP placed second on the index, with a score of 78. Compaq came in last with a score of 75.
