Anonymous Hits Military Drone Aircraft Maker Vanguard Defense

The hacktivist group continues its spree of hack attacks against military contractors.

TechWorld: The hacktivist group Anonymous has hacked another military contractor--this time Vanguard Defense, which sells unmanned aerial vehicles. In particular, the group targeted company senior vice president Richard Garcia, a former FBI agent and the head of an organization that acts as a liaison between the FBI and contractors.

Anonymous posted about 1GB worth of Garcia's private documents to the Internet. According to the hackers, the documents included "internal meeting notes and contracts, schematics, non-disclosure agreements, per personal information about other VDI employees and several dozen 'counter-terrorism' documents classified as 'law enforcement sensitive' and 'for official use only.'"
