Working Smart in IT Operations – The Case for Consolidated Operations

HP: Small, individual IT teams can sometimes lose sight of the big picture in IT operations. Sometimes, multiple teams work separately to solve the same problem, adding unnecessary expense.

It requires monitoring by applications and infrastructure, establishing an operations bridge, and enhancing application and infrastructure specialist teams.
