Top Priorities Through 2010

BMC: A survey of 400 IT managers reveals that their top priority for 2010 will be cost control or reduction. Other key priorities include incident and problem management, change management, virtualization, and capacity planning.

However, IT departments are increasingly being asked to meet objectives in each of these areas with limited budgets, limited staff, and limited time.
