Reuters: In yet another lawsuit involving patents for mobile devices, HTC is suing Apple for violating two patents it obtained in 2008 and 2010. In this new case, HTC is seeking to halt the importation and sale of Macs, iPads, iPhones and other Apple devices in the U.S. It also asks for compensatory damages and triple damages for willful infringement.

Apple has previously filed several patent lawsuits against HTC.
