SlashGear: A new survey conducted by Enterprise Management Associates (EMA) finds that 30 percent of enterprises that use the BlackBerry platform plan to switch to another mobile platform next year. Only 14 percent of BlackBerry users surveyed said they were happy with their device. By contrast, 44 percent of iPhone users are happy with their smartphones.
Observers believe the dissatisfaction with RIM is due in part to recent outages. “We expected to see some market share loss by RIM,” said EMA’s Steve Brasen, ”but these results were far more dramatic than we could have anticipated.”
