InfoWorld: In a blog post, Microsoft has released more information about its forthcoming Windows 8 operating system. Specifically, it has revealed that it will give Windows Explorer a “riboon” interface similar to the one that is currently in Office. In addition, Microsoft has released a number of screenshots and videos that show off other new features in Windows Explorer.
The videos also include a glimpse of what could be the Windows 8 start screen–and it looks a lot like Windows Phone 7.
