Bloomberg: HTC and Apple are embroiled in a bitter patent dispute, but now HTC says it’s willing to make a deal. “We are open to all sorts of solutions, as long as the solution and the terms are fair and reasonable,” said HTC CFO Winston Yung. “On and off we’ve had discussions with Apple, even before the initial determination came out.”
In its initial ruling on the case, the International Trade Commission (ITC) found in HTC’s favor on two patents and in Apple’s favor on two patents.
