InformationWeek: Google has announced that it is adding new features to its Google Apps for Business, Government, and Education services that will make it easier for administrators to manage mobile devices, despite trends like the consumerization of IT and bring-your-own-device (BYOD) policies. Those features include the ability to set different mobile policies for different user groups, better mobile analytics, an improved Google Apps Device Policy app and an expansion of the BigQuery analytics service.

In related news, Google Apps is also now offering phone support for business customers.
