Cnet: In a stunning example of history repeating itself, an Apple employee reportedly lost an iPhone 5 prototype after leaving it in a San Francisco bar in July. Police used the “Find my iPhone” feature to trace it to a residence, but the phone was not discovered there. Reports say the phone may have already been sold on Craigslist for $200.
In 2010, another Apple employee lost a prototype iPhone 4 in another bar, and the person who found it sold it to Gizmodo.
