An enterprise software company headquartered in Palo Alto, California, TIBCO claims to be the “global leader in integration and analytics software.” Some of its best-known products include JasperSoft, Statistica, Spotfire, Rendezvous, LogLogic, ActiveMatrix and others.
Founded in 1997, the company went public in 1999. In 2014, Vista Equity Partners acquired the firm for $4.3 billion and took it private.
