Cnet: Now that RIM has restored services for all customers, the company is offering all BlackBerry users $100 worth of premium apps from BlackBerry App World. In addition, enterprise customers will receive one month of technical support for free.
“We are grateful to our loyal BlackBerry customers for their patience,” saaid RIM co-CEO Mike Lazaridis. “We have apologized to our customers and we will work tirelessly to restore their confidence. We are taking immediate and aggressive steps to help prevent something like this from happening again.”
BlackBerry customers in many parts of the world experienced e-mail outages and delays during much of last week.
