SlashGear: Following a temporary sales halt earlier today, all Apple products are once again on sale in Germany. In December, Motorola won a sales injunction against Apple because of violations of a 3G/UMTS patent. Motorola took steps to enforce that injunction today, leading Apple to suspend online sales of the iPhone and iPad. However, Apple has since appealed the sales ban on the grounds that Motorola refuses to license its technology, which is considered an industry standard. The court found in Apple’s favor and suspended the sales ban.

To make matters more confusing, Motorola won another sales ban against Apple in Germany today, when the court found that Apple’s iCloud technology infringes on Motorola patents. Motorola has not yet taken steps to enforce this second sales ban.
