Wall Street Journal: A new research report from comScore reveals that while Google+ has racked up a lot of users, those users don’t actually spend much time interacting with the social network. Between September and January, PC users spent an average of three minutes a month on Google+, compared to between six and seven hours per month on Facebook. Google’s Bradley Horowitz downplayed the findings and insisted that Google+ is “growing by every metric we care about.”

In a separate story, unnamed sources say that Microsoft and other tech firms have filed an antitrust complaint about Google+ with the European Commission.
