PCWorld: According to Google's Robert Whiteside, more than 3,000 companies sign up for Google Apps every day, although most of them are small to medium-sized businesses. So far, approximately 3 million businesses use the cloud-based services, including 1 million in EMEA.

"The reality is that the model of cloud computing transforms your working practices, [allowing employees to] collaborate with each other, connecting staff in different ways.
