PCMagazine: According to a new report from Nielsen, Android spend 61 percent of their app interaction time with the top 50 apps. In addition, the top 10 apps account for 43 percent of user app time. “Despite the hundreds of thousands of apps available for Android, a very small proportion of apps make up the vast majority of time spend by Android consumers on mobile apps,” said Nielsen’s Don Kellogg.

The report also found that the average U.S. Android user spends 56 minutes with apps or on the mobile Web every day.
