Now the support forum has grown to 175 posts from frustrated owners. Some Fire owners say that Amazon called the problem a “known issue,” but the company has not yet publicly acknowledged the bug.
Some Fire owners say that installing the latest firmware update, 6.2, can solve the connectivity issues.
